  2. Sir why isnt the work done in moving the block added to the answer that is force × disp. of block= F L tan theta?

    Ans 1 ->
    As the block is displaced slowly, it will not gain any kinetic energy so total work done by force will be stored as potential energy of spring so it will give the same result... we cannot include same energy twice...
